Wedding dresses & Bridzillas

After a lot of compliments about Mande's wedding dress, I felt compelled to explain one or two things about wedding dresses and also to give you the website of where I think should be any brides first point of call when shopping around for a dress (www.pronutia.co.uk) or you can just google pronutia. This place is amazing! This is where I bought my fabulous wedding dress which I recieved raving compliments about, so far I have met at least 7 other brides who told me they also went to pronutia, literally went in picked a dress and it just felt right, also the dresses are so reasonably priced its unbelievable! (You know where you look at the price tag and you think no there must be some kind of a mistake).
If you can go into a shop and pick a dress right there and then on the spot then you know you have made the right choice, you are choosing a dress that represents you and your personality, these are dresses that just fit you like a glove (they really do!) so my point is, Ladies you should never let anyone buy you a dress, it does not feel right , a bride knows how she wants to look on her big day, she wants to look sexy, sophisticated but yet comfortable, she already has an imagine how she wants to look when thee ONE pops the question.....I know a few people who have worn dresses that have been chosen or bought by other people...they look hideous! and a friend of mine wore a dress that was bought for her, she hated it! but she couldnt really do anything about it as she had spent top dollar for it, she had no choice but wear the hideous dress (sorry mate, maybe when you renew your vows you can choose a dress of your choice...no?! A bride forms a relationship with her dress when picking it, you imagine yourself wearing it on that special day, you imagine how you will look walking down that aisle and that first dance...aaah heaven

Its kinda the same kinda feeling you feel when you meet the ONE...you just know in your hearts of hearts that he is the one , you can sort of see yourself with him in the future with a big family and I am sorry to disappoint, the ONE does not give you butterflies, the one is a reasonable mature kind of love, the butterflies are there but these are kind of butterflies that come with time and they grow as you are getting to know each other as man and wife.... the kind that you nature not the kind you feel when you are with a Brad Pitt look alike on drunken night , oh and I just have to throw this one in or the Daniel Craig look alike (you know how itslike when you are drunk, you see whatever you want to see).

Anyway, its kinda the same thing with the dress, you just know when you see it, you know its right and you know that in 30yrs time when you look at it you will be like wow...! unless you have je ne se que like my late sister josephine then you can design your own killer dress (damn that woman had class!)

So to you all brides to be, you better chose right and I mean the dress and the ONE. And remember be nice to your bridesmaids....do not become a Bridzilla!

I just cant believe that Gwen stefani named her son Zuma....QWA QWA QWA QWA....!!! these celebrities have lost it next will soon hear someone has named their child Mugabe, oh my gold! I cant wait for her to discover who her child's name sake is...LOL! This is hilarious and I will be bloging about this again, I saw it and I just couldnt wait to share.
You know I should write a African names baby book, I think that will sell well, names with a true good meaning...real names like Zangi and Likoji, unique names like that.

How could I forget tell you about my Mummy

Let me tell you about life, life is very interesting, well I guess you already know that but I will speak for myself, it has thrown all sorts of things in my direction and I must say most have been very good things and very good people, one of the many important people in my life is my mother and my very good friend Rosemary, I met her in Edinburgh when I worked for the NHS, brilliant times even though at the time she must have thought I was crazy, which I was truth be told. Our friendship grew stronger after I left and a few months later she retired, she has always been there for me and whenever I have needed a shoulder to cry on or someone to listen to my crazy rumblings she has always been there so thank you so much. Rosemary has really proved that you dont necessarily need to be blood related to someone to be relatives and she is just that.

I shall post some photos of Rosemary at a later stage. Mrs Rosie Smith, this is your post, I guess I just wanted to say thank you for being a good friend.

Thats Sibongile in red, sorry I dont have a photo of Yvonne. Really I just wanted to say thank you for being such good friends and I always look forward to your emails...they are always long and juicy, I wait until the kids are out of my hair and then I make myself a lovely cupa tea and sit and read....with a huge grin on my face. Have you ever had friends that you havent seen for years but still feel a strong connection and really the only thing that keeps us apart is the distance and even then the lovely heart to heart emails make up for the distance. I am one of those people that honestly really count myself lucky to have you guys and know that whatever ramblings I send you I know that you get me and you know what I am talking about. So this post is to you both, you are both doing something that will making a difference to the world we live in, I am a huge follower of what you are doing and I just want to say keep it up and keep representing. I love you and I will always be your friend.

Lewis Hamilton

My bestest and favourite race car driver, Wow the kid is flying and I was so pleased when I first saw him I was like wow what a fine arse! he is super cute and humble and a very good driver and honestly I just look at him as a young brother and I am really rooting for him....even though recently I was a bit shocked! when I learnt he was seeing a pussycatdoll...surely not! He could be with some nice decent young lady not one who goes round parading in mini skirts and wearing tight fitting leather cat suits looking like catwoman...the girls cant even sing, I dont understand what the hype is about...well the only song I know or heard (not by choice) is 'dont you wish your girlfriend was hot like me?' I hate that song with a passion!!! If I ruled the world I would ban that song from being played full stop!

Anyway because it is Lewis we are talking about and he is like my young brother, I guess I just have to warm up to Nicole and see the nice side of her...(which is?????) .

Anyway I am sure Nicole is a lovely warm person otherwise Lewis wouldnt be with her...my only word to Nicole is look after that boy and dont break his heart. I have a feeling she is a Heather Mills, I dont know why but will see, time will tell.

I have to stop here lest people think, I am totally crazy and become a celebrity stalker.
