G & Z

Zangi listening to music and maybe even playing a game on computer...not good :-( way too young to be playing games on computer.

Koji eating nappy wipes...lol!

Zangi eating homemade pizza (George's recipe) this pizza is deliiiiiish! you will never eat any other pizza after eating this one, it is yummy and packed full of goodness..I am getting hungry just talking about it.

Bon fire night, we were watching the fire works from the house and George in the garden, you can tell by the confusion, Zangi scared shitless and Koji just going crazy, they dont like the noise so I think we will live bon fire night for now and revisit the idea 2 or 3 yrs from now.

Baby eating Daddy's homemade pizza and not wanting his pic taken ;-) love you son and happy 1st Birtday again.

Yvonne

My Dear friend Yvonne. Looking good babe!

Half of a Yellow Sun

My father in law bought me this book (Half of a Yellow Sun) about a year ago and I never really got to read it and I am trying to read at least 7 pages before I sleep, very interesting so far but the names are just something else, it is written by a Nigerian authour Chimanda Ngozi Adichie, (In the 1960s Nigeria) It got a lot of raving reviews by the daily mail, richard&judy reading club etc but the names are just doing my head in O!....I have to finish it as it will be the only book I have read the whole of this year...how sad is that?!!! And this is just making me sad because all my books are in storage, I love having my books on the shelves so I can just pick and choose...know wot I mean.

The weather is rubbish today like most days in Winter, Koji and I have really bad coughs and Zangi is running a riot staying at home... so I am thinking we are going to try baking some of Hannah's delish muffins and then later in the afternoon we can do some painting. My son is quite an artist, anyone interested in some art work, lemme know (I am his agent as well as his manager)...yes! Keeping it in the la familia.

Have a fab day where ever you are in the world.

Blogger lashes out!!!

My Dear friends and family that visit my blog...this has absolutely nothing to do with you... and I really do appreciate that you visit my blog, this entry is for certain somebodies and I am so sorry that I have had to lower myself to this level but I had no choice as this is how low they really are.

I have a draft entry that I am probably going to publish this evening when I get a chance and the kids are asleep. Apparently there are some B & W who dont know what the hell a blog is so that entry really is for them , I am explaining in lay man term what it is and why I write and why they should never visit my blog if it is not to their taste...they are a million other blogs out there and if you dont like mine, leave! (You know who are...and you have been questioning and asking and its eating you and yet you still come back for more....! Dont bother yourselves my dears just find something that you like elsewhere and please read the disclaimer. Kapish!

Congratulations President Barack Obama

I have been speechless for the past few days about Obama being elected president...I have been dreaming about it and really I have no words and everytime I think about it, the hairs on my back stand up from excitement of course...I am just so pleased, we have made history and now we know that as black people the sky is truly the limit, we are now in the most powerful office in the world...wow!!! This just means that for all you brothers and sisters out there who are dreaming of becoming a somebody or doing something extra ordinary now you know that it can achieved, Obama has shown us the way...it is totally doable!!! I am now officially a number one fun of Obama. Well done, I honestly could not say this enough. Just looking at him in the photos or watching him talk, you just know there is something special and extra ordinary about this guy. I should also commend McCain for his speech, I thought it was nice, he is a gracious loser and I kinda felt sorry for him a bit. I am happy that I am alive to see history made.

I am writing this in a hurry (Enlish, grammer and spelling not to good), kids running riot. Gotta go!

Peace love and hair grease

The Best Race Car Driver In The World

May I start by congratulating Lewis Hamilton.....Well done! Brilliant race, nail biting and you just did it....oh well done! a very nice end to a glorious weekend. Good race...and again well done!

Last night I watched a documentary called 'Billion Dollar Man' it was about Lewis Hamilton, I was touched and impressed at how much him and his Dad have worked so hard to be where he is, I know in the previous post I criticised him for seeing a pussycat doll. Now all I want to say is well done for all your hard work and you deserve to be happy and live your life to the full...Wow! Well done kiddo
